Acupuncture is a medical practice dating back more than 3,000 years across Asia. We use hair-thin needles to stimulate points on the body to treat various ailments and conditions.

Clinical studies have observed several effects of acupuncture, including increased circulation, decreased inflammation, relief from pain, relief from muscle spasm, and increased t-cell count which stimulates the immune system.
