What are the Benefits of Acupuncture after Pregnancy? Greater milk production. More comfort while breastfeeding. Improved mood and energy levels.

When should I begin my treatments? Patients are advised to start acupuncture treatments 3 months before they start IVF or IUI. However, starting acupuncture therapy alongside your doctors fertility therapy is still beneficial.

Acupuncture supports Fertility by Successfully Treating: Fibroids, Poly Cystic Ovaries (PCOS), Endometriosis, Diminished Ovarian Reserve (DOR), and Increases Sperm Quality.

How do we do this? We combine Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Moxibustion (heat therapy) to support and promote conception, healthy pregnancies, deliveries and postpartum healing.

Is acupuncture safe for women trying to conceive naturally or conceive through ART assisted reproductive technology. Absolutely. Acupuncture is safe, natural and noninvasive. Acupuncture has very low adverse effects, with a very small chance of bruising. Your acupuncture provider will identify any risks before beginning care and treatment.

Natural Promotion of Labor

Interested in acupuncture for labor support? Whether you're hoping to avoid a medical induction or simply want to do everything possible to prepare your body for a smooth labor and delivery, we’re here to help.

We specialize in supporting individuals throughout pregnancy and recommend starting acupuncture 6 weeks before your due date (week 34) to prepare for labor. However, if you’re already at 40 weeks and need an extra boost, don’t worry—acupuncture can still make a difference. We are here to help you!

We will gladly collaborate with your midwife or OB/GYN to safely and efficiently support you through the labor and delivery process. You’ve got this sweet mama!
