An initial acupuncture appointment lasts 65 minutes, allowing ample time for assessment and treatment. Follow-up acupuncture appointments are 45 minutes.

For acupuncture, we recommend wearing loose-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows access to your lower legs, arms, and abdomen. For massage, you’ll be undressed to your comfort level and fully draped during the session.
